Increasing Body Mass without Prohormones

But, there is no reason to despair as there are still ways to increase one’s body mass with just a little bit of dedication. The first thing that needs to be done is to figure out which supplements offer body mass. There are some that are very popular that include creatine, glutamine, nitric oxide, methoxyisoflavone, Alpha lipoic acid, HMB, Ribose, Myostatin blockers and amino acids. These are just some of the supplements you can use to build body mass that will replace the pro-hormones of the past. Of course, these body mass supplements won’t work if you don’t put the work in. And, you will have to work harder with just the body mass supplements to build bulk than you did when you were taking pro hormones. But, with hard work and dedication as well as the right diet and supplements you can build and maintain body mass. If you are unsure of what to take or how to get started then talk to some other bodybuilders and see what works for them. You may find a different regimen works better for you, but give it a try and see how much muscle you can build.

Bodybuilding in a Post Prohormone World

Now that prohormones have been banned bodybuilders must find ways to build muscle that are affective but legal. Some amateurs may choose to buy pro hormones on the Internet and continue using them, but if they are competing they will surely be caught and disqualified. So, it really is not worth it especially with a little more effort you can build muscles the natural way. The first thing you need to do is focus on the first six weeks. What you will do is take a morning multi vitamin as well as 3-4 grams of NO2 and a tablespoon of flax oil. Then, before your workout you will take five grams each of glutamine, ribose, and creatine. After you finish your workout you will need to take five grams of ribose, five of creatine, and 5-10 grams of glutamine. You will also take whey protein at this time. Then, right before you go to bed you will want to take five more grams of glutamine. Doing this may take longer to build body mass than it did with pro-hormones but you will be able to do it and you will be completely legal.
